[4] “And now the time has come to learn the five methods for closing the door to the womb through your own actions and thoughts.”

It is always critical to know where you are in the journey of each day. It always seems to be … well, like it always seems to be. But, in fact we are getting clues all the time about where we are in the Bardo cycle. And, we are given hints upon hints about how to free ourselves from the matrix of mechanicality.

At this point in the Cycle  – the ABD Guidebook, Book 21 – we are working with learning ways to close the Womb Door. Rather than being swept into the next automatic and mechanical re-Birth; we are presented with a Choice Point, we can learn ways and means of injecting some choice into the process.

When you see the couple in union, pause, and ask the Guide for help in attaining a better rebirth in the Teaching. Let the normal ‘reaction’ become the key for a conscious action. How do you do that?

You become prepared through an unremitting practice of attention and awareness. You will find the hints surrounding you all day long. Right now there will be sounds and lights and messages present. Can we see them?

Yes, but we must develop a new way of thinking.

In this Book 21, we will see a series of “Prayers” that are like lifeboats across the troublesome waters of rebirth. How will this unfold for you today?
